- Audra K. Nezbeth, 30, Beloit, and Paul F. Barnett, 47, Johnson Road, Sebring, were eastbound on U.S. 62 in Butler Township at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday and Barnett slowed in traffic and was struck from behind by Nezbeth. She was cited for assured clear distance.

- Mary E. Morse, 47, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Middleton Township at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday and a piece of metal fell from another vehicle and struck hers.

- Thomas D. Rankin, 53, St. Jacobs Church Road, Leetonia, was eastbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at midnight Feb. 27 and went off the right side of the road and into a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control, hit-skip and OVI.

- A motorist reported at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 28 a vehicle was southbound on state Route 644 in Franklin Township and went off the right side of the road, struck a guardrail and a tree and then continued on.

- Peter A. Lingenfelter, 43, Parkview Drive, Wellsville, was northwestbound on Tenth Street in Yellow Creek Township at 1:30 a.m. Monday and went left of center off and then off the left side of the road before striking a utility pole. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.

- Glen G. Bowman, 51, Lower Elkton Road, Lisbon, was northwestbound on U.S. 30 in St. Clair Township at 1:38 a.m. March 1 and lost control of his vehicle and struck the barrier before continuing northwestbound. He was later cited for failure to control.

- Ayrrianne Makenzie Mackey, 16, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was southbound on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township at 7:34 a.m. Monday and sent off the right side of the road into a guardrail. She was cited for failure to control and taken to Salem Hospital by relatives for incapacitating injuries.

- Susan R. Mingus, 42, state Route 172, Lisbon, was westbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 7:50 a.m. Monday and Marcia J. Good, 50, Depot Road, Salem, was stopped facing south at a stop sign on Hanna Drive and failed to yield while turning east and struck Mingus. She was cited for failure to yield.

- Richard Joseph Walker, 63, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, and Jeffery D. Matthew, 37, East Porter Street, Malvern, were northbound on South Lincoln Avenue in Salem at 11:25 a.m. Sunday. Matthew was driving an ambulance in emergency response and attempting to overtake Walker's vehicle and struck the vehicle as Walker attempted to turn west into a private drive. Walker was cited with emergency vehicles to proceed cautiously.

- Deanna A. Long, 41, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was northbound on Lisbon Road in Center Township at 5 p.m. Saturday and attempting to make a right turn onto Adams Road and went off the right side of the road into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

- Rebecca K. Gauding, 18, Vincent Road, Salem, was eastbound on Salem Grange Road in Salem at 10:10 p.m. Saturday and went off the left side of the road into an embankment and then a ditch. She was treated by Leetonia EMS for non-incapacitating injuries and a passenger, Michael Gauding, 16, Vincent Road Salem, was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital by medical airlift for possible injuries due to being ejected.

- Monica M. Allison, 23, state Route 644, Salineville, was northwestbound on state Route 644 in Franklin Township at 6:30 a.m. March 1 and went off the east edge of the road and into an embankment. She was cited for failure to control and driving under suspension.

- John P. Lasky, 48, Mountz Road, Salem, was eastbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 5 p.m. Sunday and Duane L. Carnathan, 30, Canton, was westbound and went left of center and struck Lasky's vehicle. Carnathan was cited for lanes of travel.

- Seth Eric Fieldhouse, 23, state Route 558, New Waterford, was westbound on Crestview Road in Fairfield Township at 1:30 a.m. Sunday and lost control and went off the left side of the road into an embankment and then a fence post. He was cited for failure to control.

- Cody Stutler, 20, 12th Street, Sebring, was northbound on 12th Street in Knox Township at 10:15 a.m. Feb. 28 and went off the west side into a ditch and overturned. He was cited of failure to control and taken to Aultman Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
