LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday Jeffrey D. Nulf, 46, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $1,200, had his license suspended for two years, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI third offense, no motorcycle endorsement, failure to control.Charges of reckless operation and traffic control devices were dismissed.
Jacob D. Keenan, 21, Quay Road, Negley, was fined $400 and sentenced to six days in jail for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after sheriff's deputies found him walking on the roadway intoxicated on March 10.
Dennis D.J. Caldwell, 24, Poplar Street, East Liverpool, was fined $400, had his license suspended for nine months, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to six days in jail for OVI second offense.
Christopher T. Anderson, 24, was fined $250 and required 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for the way he handled a mentally challenged and highly autistic client at the New Leaf Residential Services.
Albert L. Baker, 37, last known address Gavers Road, Hanoverton, was fined $250 and credited with two days in jail already served for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for pulling his daughter's hair on Nov. 12 and punching her in the face on Nov. 3.
Aaron Ryan Kramer, 23, Youngstown, was fined $250 and sentenced to two additional days in jail for driving under suspension.
Michael C. Robb, 31, South Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 for violating a temporary protection order for going to a home of a person he had been ordered to stay away from and allegedly forcing sexual relations with her on Jan. 8.
Stephanie A. Coman, 31, New England Square, New Waterford, was fined $50 and required 10 hours of community service for driving under suspension and traffic control devices.
An April 1 pretrial was set for Paul D. Cerbus, 53, Timberline Drive, Columbiana, cited with speeding.
An April 2 pretrial was set for John Taylor, 42, Walnut Street, Salem, cited with failure to reinstate a license.
An April 9 pretrial was set for Austin Chase Clark, 20, Youngstown, cited with driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
An April 11 pretrial was set for Thomas O. Binion, 40, Mineral Ridge, cited with possession of marijuana.
A May 13 pretrial was set for Devan A. McCallister, 18, Charlton Drive, Lisbon, cited with underage consumption.
A June 6 pretrial was set for Kathleen Anne Norwood, 52, West Seventh Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking her husband multiple times in the head and ripping his clothes.
