AREA EASTER EGG HUNTS

- BERLIN CENTER - The community Easter egg hunt begins at 2 p.m. March 29 at Western Reserve Schools.

- COLUMBIANA - All children up to age 12 are welcome to participate in the Parkside Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. March 23 at 930 E. Park Ave. There will be special prizes as well as a petting zoo and refreshments. For more information call Katie Meek at 330-482-5547. Those attending are asked to bring their own basket.

- COLUMBIANA - The Columbiana Building Excellence Committee is hosting a free Easter egg hunt from 6 to 8 p.m. today at South Side Middle School. In addition to the free egg hunt there will be free face painting as well as informational booths regarding the Columbiana Bond Issue and voter registration booths.

- LEETONIA A community Easter egg hunt begins at 10:30 a.m. March 30 at the Leetonia Mennonite Church.

- LISBON - United Commercial Travelers Council 590 will sponsor its annual Easter egg hunt for children at Robert Bycroft School at 1 p.m. March 27.

- SALEM - Family Video, fundraiser for Lymphoma research, 11:30 a.m. Easter egg hunt; from noon on activities include cookout, games, prizes, food, DJ and Salem Fire Dept. will have a truck in parking lot, 120 North Lincoln Ave. Public invited.

- SALEM - An Easter egg hunt, featuring 18,000 eggs, kicks off at 1 p.m. March 24 at Realife Church, 12824 Salem-Warren Road. Ages 2 to 11 are invited. The Easter Bunny and his wife will be on site. Prizes will be awarded including bikes, an ipod Touch and Samsung Galaxy Tablet. The event will be held, rain or shine.

- SALEM - United Commercial Travelers Council 590 will host its annual Easter egg hunt for children ages 2 through 10 at 11 a.m. March 30 at Centennial Park. The event will be held, "rain or shine" with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny. Chocolate Easter bunnies will be awarded to lucky children who find the specially marked eggs.

- SALEM - An Easter egg hunt begins at 11 a.m. March 30 at the Flying B Golf Course, 13223 W. Middletown Road. Children up to age 10 are invited. There will be two age divisions based on participation. Prizes will be given to winners of each age division. Reservations are requested by calling 330-337-8138. Registration will be taken in the golf shop.

- SALEM - Sterling House Salem will hold its annual children's Easter egg hunt from 2 to 4 p.m. March 23. The annual event features an egg hunt for children in three age categories: up to age 2; 3 to 5 years; and 6 to 7 years. There will be a grand prize awarded in each age category.

Sterling House will also have "guess the number of cotton tails" contest, seed planting and coloring pages. Children are reminded to bring their baskets for the hunt. For more information call Carrie Pennington at 330-337-9096.

- SEBRING - Sebring American Legion Post 76 Ladies Auxiliary will host an Easter egg hunt at 1 p.m. March 30 at the Sebring High School Stadium. Members are asked to meet at 11 a.m. March 24 at the legion to fill the plastic eggs.

- WEST POINT - The Church of the Nazarene will host "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" from 9 to 11 a.m. March 23 for children up to 12 years. Pictures with the Easter Bunny are available. There will also be treat bags for the children a special puppet show.
