LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, an April 1 preliminary hearing was set for Justin R. Coblentz, 19, Columbia Street, Salem, charged with burglary for allegedly going into his grandparents' home on Bowman Road, Homeworth, and taking a vacuum.

Nicholas C. Guido, 27, High Street, Salineville, was bound over to the grand jury on an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge. Court documents allege he took a vehicle from the B and K Gas Station in Salineville on Feb. 20.

James E. Artrup Jr., 24, Mudbridge Road, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $300 and required 40 hours community service for no license, loud exhaust and driving under suspension.

Jason Furbee, 30, Peace Valley Road, New Waterford, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Kyle Z. Temple, 19, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from assured clear distance.

Ashraf A. Isaac, 39, Warren, was fined $150 for speeding.

Kenneth Stull Jr., 31, Clement Way, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for obstructed plate amended from speeding.

Kenneth H. Brooks, 35, Greenville, Pa., was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Jimmy Dubose Jr., 37, Apple Street, Salem, was fined $100 for no license. Rebecca A. Dickson, 51, Ravenna, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Kari A. Stahl, 21, South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and credited with nine days served for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for kicking her live-in boyfriend in the face and throwing a pan of macaroni and cheese throughout the kitchen.

Clifford W. Poynter Jr., Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $100 and credited with 11 days served for domestic violence for choking and punching his live-in girlfriend on Dec. 27.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Christopher M. May, 32, Scott Drive, Alliance, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching his wife, Paula May, in the head.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Patrick S. Gilmore, 50, Chester, W.Va., cited with a stop sign violation.

An April 15 pretrial was set for Victor M. Gonzalez, 41, High Street, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching in the face the 15-year-old son of his live-in girlfriend on March 15.

An April 22 pretrial was set for Marcus A. Prendes, 29, Iowa Street, Wellsville, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly attempting to pass off another person's urine as his own during a drug test. A pretrial also set on the same date for Prendes, who has previous citations for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

An April 25 pretrial was set for Jennell E. Bolton, 31, Depot Street, Rogers, cited with driving under FRA suspension and a tail lights violation.

An April 25 pretrial was set for Kandyce L. Florie, 18, Sue Drive, Lisbon, cited with speeding.

An April 30 pretrial was set for Edward D. Fisher, 60, state Route 517, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense.

A May 13 pretrial was set for Mandy Jo Metzgar, 30, Yates Road, Salem, cited with permitting underage consumption for allegedly, while working at the Flying Pig Saloon in Salem, selling a beer to a 19-year-old confidential informant.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Gary Mason Jr., 38, Commerce Street, Wellsville, charged with assault and criminal mischief. Court documents allege Mason went into his home at 9:47 a.m. July 21, finding Richard Powell sleeping on the couch and punched Powell in the side of the head. Additionally, he allegedly entered several vehicles in the early morning hours of Jan. 16, while walking to get coffee at Rich Oil.
