LISBON - A 15-year-old Lisbon student was cited in Columbiana County Juvenile Court with being unruly for allegedly threatening her mother and breaking things in the home on March 5.

A 17-year-old Salem boy was cited with engaging in turbulent behavior in the vicinity of the Columbiana County Opportunity School on March 5. Court documents allege he swore at staff and made threatening remarks.

A 16-year-old Salem boy was cited with delinquency for allegedly kicking his stepmother in her chest and striking her in the arm on March 6.

A 14-year-old boy was cited with being truant from Salem City Schools with 14 absences and 13 tardies between Oct. 2, 2012 and Feb. 22, 2013.

A 17-year-old girl was cited with being chronically truant from Leetonia schools missing 15 or more days starting on Feb. 25 through March 20.

A 14-year-old girl was cited with being truant from Salem City Schools with 14 absences and 17 tardies between Sept. 14, 2012 and Jan. 14, 2013.

A 14-year-old boy was cited with being truant from Salem City Schools with 13 absences and five days tardy between Oct. 10, 2012, and Jan. 11, 2013.

A 14-year-old girl was cited with being truant from Salem City Schools for 12 absences and 20 tardies between Oct. 15, 2012 and Jan. 31, 2013.
