LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Joseph A. Beary, 48, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $200 for tail lights and no license amended from driving under suspension.

Gregory S. Miller, 30, Pittsburgh, Pa., was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Anstasha E. Blinn, 29, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $130 for traffic control device violation and no license amended from failure to reinstate a license.

Joshua M. Gordon, 22, Roaring Branch, Pa., was fined $100 for faulty brakes amended from a red light violation.

Jeffrey W. Starkey, 59, Main Street, North Georgetown, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Melinda Withers, 29, Steubenville, pleaded no contest to theft for taking merchandise at BP in Lisbon last Aug. 10, placing them in a pocket or purse and leaving without paying for them. An April 29 sentencing was set.

An April 29 pretrial was set for Duane I. Barnes, 42, East Third Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his wife by the face, shouting at her and leaving a bruise under her eye on March 14.

An April 29 pretrial was set for Brandon A. Betz, 28, state Route 9, Kensington, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing and squeezing the stomach of his wife, who was then nine-months pregnant.

A May 13 pretrial was set for Kacee R. Moser, 24, Conneaut, cited with passing bad checks. Moser is accused of writing a rent check and security deposit for a rental property in Leetonia for $900 on a closed account in November 2012.

A May 16 pretrial was set for Paul T. Patrick, 37, Dellroy, cited with OVI second offense.
