UL Alumni Jubilee show, dinner planned
HANOVERTON - The 2013 United Alumni Jubilee show, "A Tribute to Broadway," begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the United Local auditorium. Admission is $7 for adults and $4 for students. A pasta dinner will be served from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday in the cafeteria. Cost is $7 for adults and $5 for children under 12.
Public invited to spaghetti dinner fundraiser
SALEM - The public is invited to the Amaranth spaghetti dinner fund raiser from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Masonic Temple, 788 E. State St. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children 6 and under. Tickets may be purchased at the door. The building offers a handicap accessible elevator.

Salem Girls Soccer Boosters hosting dinner
SALEM The Salem High School Girls Soccer Boosters is hosting an all-you-can-eat homemade spaghetti dinner from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday in the Salem High School cafeteria.
Cost is $7 for adults, $5 for children, and free for children 6 and under. There will be a Chinese auction and lottery wreath. Tickets may be purchased at the door, from any girl soccer player or Steve Skiba at 330-337-0923.
Summer Camp Open House is Sunday
ROGERS - The Summer Camp Open House is scheduled from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Camp Frederick, 6996 Mill Rock Road. Visitors are welcome to explore the camp and meet staff and volunteers.
Butler Township clean-up day scheduled
BUTLER TOWNSHIP - Butler Township clean-up days are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 2, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 3 and 8 a.m. to noon May 4 at the township garage on Slater Road.
Assistance will be available for heavy items. Items not accepted are paint, paint cans, organic materials, or fuel tanks. Batteries will be accepted. Passenger and light truck tires will also be accepted but must be rimless and free of debris.
Financial Field Day scheduled at CCCTC
LISBON - Leadership Columbiana County is hosting a Financial Field Day from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center. The class has coordinated speakers and business people from the community to speak to juniors and seniors on several financial issues.

SALEM - The Salem High School Class of 1955 will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. April 24 at Adele's Place.
WB Schools plan Kindergarten Pow Wow
BELOIT - Knox and Damascus Elementary, West Branch Local Schools, will host its annual Kindergarten Pow Wow from 5 to 7 p.m. May 14. Each building will welcome newly registered kindergarten students and their parents.
The Kindergarten Pow Wow provides parents and children a chance to see what kindergarten is all about. Attending this event will be beneficial for both parents and children as information will be provided about the upcoming school year. Parents and children will have an opportunity to become familiar with the school building and staff, as well as learn about community programs. Kindergarten registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 1 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 2. To make an appointment call Anna Lesch in the superintendent's office at 330-938-9324.
Open enrollment applications will be accepted from April 15 through May 15 for anyone interested in attending the West Branch Local School District for the 2013-14 school year. Applications for Inter Open Enrollment (students living outside the West Branch District) and Intra Open Enrollment (elementary students living within the district, but wish to attend an alternative elementary building) will be available at the district website or in the superintendent's office beginning at 8 a.m. April 15. The application deadline is 4 p.m. May 15. Applications will not be accepted after this date. Questions regarding open enrollment and kindergarten registration should be directed to Anna Lesch in the superintendent's office.
