LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, an extradition hearing was set for April 25 for Jason W. Coleman, 29, County Home Road, Lisbon, charged with fugitive from justice for allegedly fleeing from Lamar County, Texas, where he faces a burglary of a building charge. Coleman had been working at a construction site on state Route 644 outside Kensington.

Derek J. Barnhart, 38, Columbiana-Lisbon Road, Columbiana, was fined $375, had his license suspended for six months and sentenced to 180 days in jail for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, use of an unauthorized plate and drug paraphernalia. Charges of reckless operation and open container were dismissed.

Steven N. Huth, Bayard Road, Minerva, was fined $150 and credited with 10 days in jail while sentenced to 170 additional days for domestic violence for assaulting his girlfriend Nancymarie Shelton. The charge was amended to a first-degree misdemeanor from a felony.

Nathan D. Winn, 22, Walnut Street, Salem, was fined $150 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for seven days already served, for obstruction of official business. According to court documents, Winn refused to stop for police investigating a fight on South Ellsworth Avenue in Salem, ran and attempted to jump over a fence before falling over a hillside.

Roy C. Barringer, 38, Knox School Road, Homeworth, was fined $725, had his license suspended for six months, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Edward J. Bailey Jr., 28, Vine Street, East Liverpool, was fined $580 and sentenced to 20 days in jail for driving under suspension, speeding and seat belt violation.

Nicole O' Donnell, South Washington Street, East Palestine, was fined $250, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for eight already served for a drug paraphernalia charge for a glass pipe for smoking crack cocaine.

Samuel A. Spilios, 30, Salineville Road, Mechanicstown, was fined $180 for failure to display a valid sticker and no license amended from driving under suspension.

Amanda C. Marriner, 19, Thomas Road, Lisbon, was fined $180 for speeding and no license amended from failure to reinstate a license.

Andrea T. McFarland, 27, state Route 172, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Sheldon Brownfield, 18, Quaker Lane, Salem, was fined $150 for no motorcycle endorsement and a stop sign violation.

Michelle L. Janoski, 29, Glenn Street, East Liverpool, was fined $130 for failure to control and a seat belt violation.

A May 7 pretrial was set for Sean T. Ramsey, 41, Commerce Street, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, lighted lights required, a seat belt violation, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia for wrappers and open container.

A May 30 pretrial was set for Linda L. Bowling, 51, West Fifth Street, Salem, charged with theft. Court documents allege after checking out at Marc's in Salem, she added four boxes of Gevalia Coffee brewing cups to her bag and left without paying for them.
