LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, Kenneth G. Krecken, 50, Youngstown, was fined $725, had his license suspended for six months, was sentenced to five days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

Thomas G. Clark, 34, Fife Coal Road, Wellsville, was fined $280 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Andrew J. Sandora, 49, state Route 14, New Waterford, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days concurrent to a jail sentence in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.

Scott D. Schaefer, 37, state Route 164, Leetonia, was fined $150 for failure to control amended from hit skip.

James M. Bowersock, 26, Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $150 for driving under suspension. A failure to control citation was dismissed.

Delores Brown, 47, Williamsport, Pa., was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.

Kande Yattassaye, 27, Parma, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from failure to control.

Susan B. Robbie, 43, state Route 517, Lisbon, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from failure to control.

Miranda D. Reynolds, 35, West Pine Street, Lisbon, was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Lori M. Todd, 42, West State Street, Salem, was fined $100 for speeding.

Justin K. Smotherman, 27, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $100 and credited with one day in jail served for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for throwing a two liter bottle in anger and striking their 2-month old child sleeping in a bassinet on the floor.

A driving under FRA suspension citation against Jeffrey Dyer, 56, West Southern Avenue, Columbiana, was dismissed.

A May 2 pretrial was set for Larry W. Hensley, 57, Salem-Unity Road, Salem, cited with receiving stolen property for allegedly having a set of 12-foot extension ladders taken from Brenda Carter and selling them to the Solomon's Scrap yard on state Route 14 for $3.60.

A May 2 pretrial was set for Charles L. Butcher, 48, Maple Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting Teresa Howard on Tuesday.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Rodney F. McDowell, 68, Alderlick Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Charles A. Czapski, 50, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, cited with a seat belt violation. Czapski filed two notices with the court, including one questioning if the complaint has been verified and claiming he will charge the court $1,000 each time he is required to show up.

A May 23 pretrial was set for Lisa A. Toner, 47, state Route 46, New Waterford, cited with a traffic control device violation.

A June 6 pretrial was set for Thomas Lercy Holsinger Jr., New Brighton, Pa., cited with driving under suspension and speeding.

An Oct. 31 step sentencing hearing was set for Charles A. Maltbie, 19, Somer Street, Leetonia, charged with underage consumption.
