LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday, Edward G. Osgood Jr., 54, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $1,025, had his license suspended for six month, was required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 10 days in jail for driving without a valid license, no helmet and OVI first offense amended from OVI second offense.

Ryan E. Sevenich, 22, Metz Road, Columbiana, was fined $725, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to yield the right of way.

Tyler S. Foster, 19, State Line Road, East Palestine, was fined $250, had his license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail and required 50 hours community service for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Dawna E. Weyman, 56, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $150, credited with one days served and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from menacing for threatening to burn down her apartment if she was evicted.

A driving under FRA suspension citation was dismissed against Jodi A. Gee, 37, Valley Road, Salem.

A May 23 pretrial was set for Anthony Paul Downing, 26, Depot Road, Salem, cited with driving under suspension, failure to control, hit skip and a seat belt violation.

A May 30 pretrial was set for Jeramy Lee Clayton, 23, South Arch Avenue, Alliance, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.

A June 3 pretrial was set for Mark S. Williams, 41, Pleasant View Drive, Lisbon, cited with speeding.

A June 20 pretrial was set for Marcelino Francisco Sebastian, 22, Rose Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business. According to court records Sebastian provided police with an identification card in his wallet with his name on it, but also had several other cards with the name Omar Romero, which is the name he reportedly works under at Freshmark. Police contacted the U.S. Border Patrol and ICE, but they declined to respond to take Sebastian into custody.

In court Monday, Melinda Withers, 29, Steubenville, was credited with 16 days already served for theft. Court documents state Withers on Aug. 10, 2012 took merchandise from BP gas station in Lisbon, placing them into her purse and leaving without paying.

Tanya N. Sudimak, 20, West Ely Street, Alliance, and Molly Stroup, 21, Hartville, were each fined $250 and credited with eight days in jail served for theft.The two women reportedly were caught shoplifting from Dollar General, East State Street, Salem, on April 21.

Richard A. Sigley, 51, Midland, Pa., was fined $250, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 111 days in jail for assault and criminal damaging. Court documents state on April 13 Sigley assaulted Richard Polojac inside his North Market Street, East Palestine, apartment, leaving blood steaming down Polojac's face and a blood-stained wine bottle behind. Additionally, Sigley reported damaged the police cruiser by kicking the rear passenger side window.

Andrew S. Thompson, 34, South Webb Avenue, Alliance, was fined $775, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 50 hours community service for OVI first offense, tail lights and loud exhaust.

Michael E. Holsinger, 42, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $755, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and requires 50 hours community service for OVI first offense, lane violations and a seat belt violation.

Duane I. Barnes, 42, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and a headlights violation.

Samuel M. Hayes Jr., 22, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Kim M. Wyss, 46, Third Street, Beloit, was fined $130 for speeding and no license amended from driving under suspension.

Thomas L. Dowdy, 20, Eastmore, Alliance, was fined $130 for a stop sign violation and no license amended from driving under suspension.

Melissa M. Coulter, 33, Howard Street, Hanoverton, was fined $130 for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Ashley M. Baun, 25, state Route 344, Leetonia, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Shannon Renaye Wicker, 23, state Route 9, Salem, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

James W. Strait, 33, Cunningham Road, Salem, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.

Matthew Cain, 26, McDonald,was fined $50 for a miscellaneous wildlife violation for using a deer permit on a deer killed last October before the permit was obtained.

Joseph R. Fletcher Jr., 54, Louisville, was fined $50 for assured clear distance. A permit violation and maximum width and height violation was dismissed.

Gary White, 22, Poland, was fined $50 for use of an unauthorized plate.

A domestic violence charge against Robert E. Lee, 49, Rocky Run Road, Wellsville, was dismissed after he was indicted by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on the same charge last week.

An assault charge against Antwan D. Scott, 33, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was dismissed due to the unavailability of the alleged victim. Court documents claimed Scott grabbed his girlfriend by the neck and face, left scratch marks and swelling on her right cheek on March 3, 2009.

A May 2 pretrial was set for Ronald O. Baker Jr., 40, Scotts Mill Road, Rogers, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting his fiance, Starlynn Reed, by choke slamming her onto the ground and choking her until at one point she believes she passed out.

A May 2 pretrial was set for Todd R. Lewis, 25, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with aggravated menacing and resisting arrest. Court documents allege on Sunday Lewis pointed to Patrolman Brett Grabman's firearm and said, "so put one in his head and two in his chest" while referring to Robert Mountz II. Lewis also made a choking motion to his neck with both hands and asked "so do I sue him or kill him?"

A May 28 pretrial was set for Christine M. Bias, 32, Pine Hollow Road, Rogers, charged with OVI second offense.

A May 30 pretrial was set for Jessie K. Jenkins, 57, East Third Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly concealing about $24 in merchandise and attempting to leave Sparkle in Salem on Friday.

A May 30 pretrial was set for Joseph D. Goehring, 27, Beaver Falls, Pa., cited with driving under suspension and improper registration.

A June 4 pretrial was set for James L. Campanelli, 65, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

A June 4 pretrial was set for Cynthia Gouthier, 24, Mirabel, Quebec, was cited for a stopped school bus violation.

A June 18 pretrial was set for Isaac L. Lemasters Jr., 43, Salineville Road West, Salineville, charged with assault for allegedly grabbing the throats Rachael Monigold and a girl on Friday.
