Salem News

- A supervisor with CARTS reported at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday two students picked up at the Opportunity School at Juvenile Court became unruly on the bus, using profane language. The two girls, both 16 years old, are East Liverpool students and ride the bus to the Career Center where two more students usually board the bus. The girls reportedly have behaved in the same manner before deputies transported them both to the county jail. On the way, one of the girls contacted her mother, who came and picked them up.
