LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, a June 13 pretrial was set for Quint A. Witherow, 31, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, OVI first offense, driving under suspension, failure to control, seat belt violation and open container. According to highway patrol reports, Witherow allegedly was partially ejected when he crashed his grandmother Rhea Tedrow's vehicle next to the side of the road on April 27. Court documents say Tedrow did not give Witherow permission to take her vehicle.

Brian S. Frederick, 51, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $250 for no license amended from driving under suspension.

Sean M. Hicks, 18, state Route 558, Leetonia, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, but $75 of it will be suspended on the condition Hicks not repeat the offense in the next six months. He reportedly was blaring his music after being warned in the past against disturbing the neighbors with loud music.

Jacob Lowther, 19, homeless, was credited for 90 days already served for obstructing official business. In December, Lowther had given a false name when police and an ambulance were called for Lowther being injured in Wellsville.

Chad O. Kelly, 35, Gaskill Drive, Alliance, was fined $130 and had his license suspended for six months for speeding and possession of marijuana.

Jane Anna Kergan, 51, Youngstown, was fined $50 for failure to reinstate her license.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Michael P. Souers Jr., 25, East Pershing Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence after allegedly punching his 18-year-old brother in the eye on Saturday.

A May 13 pretrial was set for Ian M. Iagulli, 22, Rose Avenue, Salem, charged with assault and criminal damaging for allegedly slashing three tires on a vehicle and injuring a man during a fight in the Walmart parking lot in Salem on Friday night.

A June 3 pretrial was set for Patty L. Burkholder, 31, Elberon Road, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly striking Wendy R. Pander, a staff member, in the side of the head at the Open Doors Opportunity Center in East Palestine on April 29.

A June 10 pretrial was set for Steven D. Shankel, 60, Canton, cited with speed and a seat belt violation.

A June 13 pretrial was set for Aleksandar Pavlovic, 27, Cicero, Ill., cited with commercial speeding.

A June 17 pretrial was set for John S. Zdelar III, 29, Struthers, charged with OVI first offense, marked lanes and open container.
