LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Seth S. Robinson, 27, state Route 45, Lisbon, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a theft charge. Court documents claim Robinson took a ring from the bedroom of Deborah Erdel and pawned it on Feb. 14. The ring was valued at $5,000.
David C. Cole, 28, Washington Street, Wellsville, was fined $350, sentenced to 36 additional days in jail and required 50 hours community service for aggravated menacing and violating a temporary protection order for contacting several times and leaving voicemails threatening Amanda Merriman, who reportedly has a protection order against him.
Tina M. Deyarmon, 37, Rockhill Avenue NE, Alliance, was fined $150, sentenced to one day in jail and required 20 hours community service for theft. Deyarmon and another woman, Andrea Chatigny, while both were previously working in a Dollar General, conspired together to pretend to ring up items without paying for them and giving refunds for items purchased without returning the items. Deyaromon was accused of a loss of $156 to the store. A restitution hearing was set for June 11.
Robin L. Hughes, 49, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $170 for speeding and no licence amended from driving under OVI suspension.
Ryan S. Railing, 19, Walker Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for drug paraphernalia for a glass pipe.
A May 14 pretrial was set for Alisa A. Urbain, 42, Vine Street, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct and possession of instruments to ingest or inhale a controlled substance. Court documents allege Urbain was playing loud music and invited police inside where they reportedly found two marijuana pipes in plain view shortly after midnight Friday.
A May 16 pretrial was set for Michael A. Grzymala, 38, McGavern Road, Salineville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving his mother and threatening to "bash" her head into a wall at 2:27 a.m. Friday.
A June 4 pretrial was set for Charles W. Rearley, 44, Huston Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with no license.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Ted J. Ingledue, 22, Walnut Street, Salem, charged with menacing. According to court documents, Ingledue was at a home on West Wilson Street in Salem on April 16 and several times threatened Dylan Spiker, who had reportedly made comments about Ingledue's girlfriend on a social media Web page. A teen, whose parents were not home at the time, reportedly asked Ingledue and his friend, Brandon White, to leave several times, but they refused. Out of fear, the boy reportedly went upstairs and came back with a shotgun to make them leave.
A June 11 pretrial was set for John Thomas Krupa, 36, Industry, Pa., charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A June 20 pretrial was set for Jennifer A. McNeely, 33, state Route 172, East Rochester, cited with speeding.
A June 27 pretrial was set for Andrea T. Lunger, 27, Grant Street, Lisbon, cited with failure to reinstate her license.
An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Kristopher Shawn Alspaugh, 22, Washington Avenue, Alliance, cited with driving under OVI suspension and speeding.
