- A state Route 644, Salineville, man reported at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday reported a civil issue over a property line dispute with his neighbors to the south. He was told to contact a surveyor and attorney to handle the dispute. Additionally, he claimed the person renting from the property owner to the south has a lunch wagon and picnic tables set up, which he said lacks the proper permits. He was referred to the health department about those concerns.

- A Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, woman reported at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday when she arrived home she found the window by the back door broken out.

- The daughter of the homeowner at Carmel Achor Road, Negley, reported at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday sometime overnight someone shot out the picture window in the home.

- A Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, woman reported at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday sometime overnight someone took a large rock and smashed a quarter panel on a vehicle owned by man which was parked in her driveway.

- A Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, woman reported at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday sometime overnight someone shot several holes into her motor home parked at her house. There were several holes in the back window and two in the side of the motor home.

- A Lones Road, Lisbon, woman reported a medical emergency at 12:39 p.m. Monday. West Point first responders and NorthStar arrived. An unnamed woman was transported for medical assistance.

- A Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, woman reported at 1:16 p.m. Monday there was a domestic dispute between her and a man. She signed a refusal to prosecute.
