LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, William VanDyke II, 48, state Route 45, Wellsville, was bound over to the Common Pleas Court grand jury on a charge of domestic violence. According to court documents, VanDyke is accused of jumping back into a vehicle while Shelda Allgood was grabbing for a cooler in the back of the vehicle and dragging her until she fell. He then reportedly drove away.

David J. Daniels III, 37, South Main Street, Columbiana, was bound over to the grand jury on a domestic violence charge for allegedly grabbing his wife by the throat and forearm before throwing her into the kitchen counter on May 15.

Anthony Paul Downing, 26, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $400 and required 30 hours community service for hit skip-leaving the scene, driving under suspension and failure to control. A seat belt violation was dismissed.

Robert H. Wolken, Homewood Avenue, Salem, was fined $350, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and 40 hours community service for lane violations and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Lauren M. Dilworth, 18, Brookdale Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $250 and required 50 hours community service for underage consumption.

Brian R. Fetty Jr., 31, Girard, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Brian P. McKean, 51, Creston, was fined $130 for no license and speeding.

William R. Halligan, 47, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $130 for no license and a traffic control violation.

Kevin A. Silva II, 26, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $100 for open container.

Heather R. Jackson, 25, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $100 for open container. A use of an unauthorized plate citation was dismissed.

Todd R. Lewis, 26, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $50 and credited with 26 days served in the county jail for disorderly conduct, amended from resisting arrest, for pulling away from police at Salem Community Hospital. An aggravated menacing charge for perceived threats to shoot and choke another person was dismissed.

A May 30 preliminary and pretrial hearing was set for Bonnie L. Lewis, 46, East Main Street, Salineville, charged with OVI first offense, lane violations and a felony possession of drugs for allegedly having hydrocodone in her possession.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Nathan L. Steer, 26, U.S. Route 62, Damascus, cited with driving under suspension.

A June 25 pretrial was set for Dale E. Dennison, 23, McCrackin Road, Salem, cited with failure to reinstate a license.

A June 27 pretrial was set for Dustin M. Rogers, 22, Woodland Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Leslie L. McCammon, 31, Center Avenue, Alliance, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on March 17 for allegedly crashing a vehicle, which she did not own, and the owner reported she did not have permission to take.
