LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday a June 4 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Jordan N. McMillan, 18, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, charged with a felony failure to comply, along with misdemeanor charges of reckless operation, driving under FRA suspension and loud exhaust. Court documents state on Sunday, McMillan allegedly fled police going speeds much greater than 55 mph before crashing into a ditch at the intersection of state Route 46 and Bye Road.

A May 30 preliminary hearing was set for Crystal M. Fowler, 31, Fresno, charged with complicity to theft and passing bad checks for allegedly writing a check for $36,631 to Performance GMC for the purchase of a 2007 Dodge Ram, which was transferred to Fowler's fiance Dustin Adams.

A June 4 preliminary hearing was set for Casey L. Reynolds, 33, last known address West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a check for $5,800 to Stadium GM Super Store from a checking account of Terri Webber, without permission.

Christian P. McCoy, 44, Hookstown, Pa., was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Sonia Enid Beltran-Berrios, 46, Campbell, was fined $700, had her license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to three days in school for OVI first offense and a headlights violation.

Mario A. Alonzo, 48, Plant City, Fla., was fined $375 and sentenced to one remaining day in jail for OVI first offense, driving without a valid license and lane violations.

Jay D. Hackathorn, 41, North Vine Street, Lisbon, fined $400 and had his license suspended for 180 days for hit skip and a railroad crossing violation in February.

Shawn M. Cunningham, 25, 14th Street, Wellsville, was fined $200, had his license suspended for six months and credited with 12 days in jail served for possession of drug abuse instrument after police called to a possible drug overdose found him responsive in the shower with a hypodermic syringe near his back pocket.

Bryce R. Tricker, 21, Kent, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for underage consumption in January prior to his 21st birthday.

Paulette K. Morrison, 44, Berlin Center, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.

A June 3 pretrial was set for Michael P. Schneller, state Route 558, Leetonia, charged with assault for allegedly striking Brittanie Hartment in the face with his fist at a home on Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, on Sunday.

A June 3 pretrial was set for John E. Clunen, 30, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his girlfriend Angellica L. Hiner by the throat, shoving her and knocking her down on Monday. A pretrial was set the same day for Hiner, 25, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly throwing water and a bowl at Clunen, before striking him with her fist.

A June 3 pretrial was set for David W. Gamble, 18, Garfield Avenue, East Palestine, cited with underage consumption.

A June 4 pretrial was set for Heather M. Leaf, 36, Knox School Road, Homeworth, cited with hit skip/leave scene and lane violations.

A June 4 pretrial was set for Daniel Desellem, 26, Green Street, Lisbon, charged with assault for allegedly pulling Melissa Gentry's hair and punching her in the head and face on Saturday.

A June 25 pretrial was set for Shawn C. Polen, 32, Sanor Road, Hanoverton, cited with OVI first offense, one way traffic and open container in a vehicle.

A June 25 pretrial was set for Christopher L. Bishop, 34, state Route 14, New Waterford, charged with driving under FRA suspension and obstructing official business for allegedly attempting to pass himself off as his younger brother during a traffic stop on Monday.

A June 25 pretrial was set for Jeffery S. Seybert III, 28, last known address Ellwood City, Pa., cited with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a check for $662 to Knight's Auto Repair on a closed account last July.

A June 25 pretrial was set for Scott E. Ellis, 49, Oak Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, speeding and failure to control.

A June 27 pretrial was set for Johannah L. Miner, 56, Ganders Flats Road, Lisbon cited with driving under a child support suspension.

A July 2 pretrial was set for Ronni J. Del Guzzo, 18, Ambrose Avenue, East LIverpool, charged with theft for allegedly taking a boxer puppy from a vehicle parked in the Juvenile Court lot on Aug. 30, 2012.

A July 11 pretrial was set for Robert A. Rispen, 22, Slater Road, Salem, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and left of center.

A July 29 pretrial was set for Tommy L. Brown, 55, Camp Boulevard, Hanoverton, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.
