- A Taylor Road, Negley, man reported at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday sometime overnight someone tore his mailbox and paper box off the post, throwing mail over the hillside. He reported the fence belonging to one neighbor was run over and another neighbor's mailbox was also damaged.

- A Kurtz Road, Minerva, man reported at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday someone entered his garage and broke out the back side window from his car, taking $60 and some coins. Additionally someone went through his tool boxes and a bottle of whiskey was taken from the garage refrigerator. A screen to a back window of the house was cut out with several DVD movies taken from a shelf next to the window.

- Wade Pol, Ravenna, owner of W. Pol Construction, reported at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday someone stole tools from a construction trailer over the weekend. The trailer had been parked on Peace Valley Road.

- Rachel Cunningham, Reef Road, Mechanicstown, reported at 6:53 p.m. Monday she had rented out a home on state route 7, but had to evict the renters. A 32-inch TV was taken.

- A state Route 45, Lisbon, woman reported at 8:03 p.m. Monday her son had been texting her and making rude comments. Deputies advised her to ignore the messages, but call if he would come to the house or cause problems.

- A Canal Street, Kensington, woman reported at 9:18 p.m. Monday reported her 14-year-old son has had a bad attitude since he began visitation with his father and has been being extremely unruly lately. Deputies warned the boy to listen to his mother.

- A state Route 518, Lisbon, woman reported an assault at 8:20 p.m. Monday between her and another woman. The matter is under investigation.

- A U.S. Route 62, Salem, woman reported at 3:13 p.m. Thursday she has been having a problem with her neighbors backing into her flower bed for the past several weeks. Last summer, she said one of the neighbor's children picked some of her flowers.

- A state Route 45, Wellsville, woman reported at 6:06 p.m. Sunday her ex husband came to pick up their child for visitation, but she told him he could not have the children due to the way he had been acting. He allegedly threatened to harm her.

- A Conkle Road, Salem, woman reported at 4:45 p.m. Sunday her former boyfriend sold the house they live in to his new girlfriend, who sent her a letter telling her to move out. She also claimed a man, who lives there, has been taking things from the house. Deputies explained it is a civil issue.

- A Blacks Road, Lisbon, man reported at 4:25 p.m. Sunday his daughter was playing outside when neighborhood boys began throwing rocks at her and another child. Deputies spoke to a boy, who claimed he threw rocks, but not at anyone. The children were warned to stay away from each other.

- A Kibler Road, New Waterford, man reported at 3:05 p.m. Sunday he did not mind if his neighbors were shooting their guns, he just wanted them to call him so he could get his children out of the woods. Deputies spoke to the neighbors and they agreed to call. Both households skeet shoot and were reminded not to shoot toward each other's homes.

- A Bayard Road, Minerva, woman reported at 8:41 p.m. Saturday she has been having problems with her neighbors smoking marijuana in the downstairs apartment. She called deputies on Friday and on Saturday she noticed some of the trim work around the door was away from the frame as if someone was attempting to break into her apartment. Deputies found what appeared to be old tool marks on the wood.

- A state Route 517, Lisbon, woman reported at 4:13 p.m. Saturday her son's girlfriend took a bag of jewelry her son had bought for gifts to give out at the holidays. The son told deputies when his girlfriend moved out, he noticed the jewelry missing, but he was unsure who took it.

- A 15-year-old Torma Road, Lisbon, boy reported a domestic situation at 7:12 p.m. Friday. Deputies spoke to the boy and his mother, learning another son, age 13, was not doing what he was told to do and challenged his father who told him to go to his room. The father then reportedly began pushing the teen toward his room, but could not move him. The father then attempted to pick him up to carry him to his room, but lost his footing and they both fell to the ground. The father then called for his wife so he could go calm down. The teen went to stay with another relative.

- A suspicious backpack was found near the intersection of Seigler and Glasgow Roads at 6:30 p.m. Friday. Deputies checked the bag and found no identification inside, only two bottles of unopened water. The bag was left at the intersection.

- Ashley Stillion, U.S. Route 62, Alliance, reported a domestic dispute at 9:19 p.m. Thursday. When deputies arrived she told them her mother took several pills and was out of control, accusing her of taking her medications and stealing money from her. Stillion then claimed her mother started pushing her and hitting her in the face, back and side, showing deputies marks on her. The mother, Lisa A. Hunter, 46, was asleep on the couch and appeared to be under the influence of something when deputies attempted to wake her. The mother agreed to go to Alliance Community Hospital by ambulance to be checked out. She was charged with domestic violence.

- A state Route 45, Leetonia, woman reported at 3:59 p.m. Thursday someone was shooting in the area. Deputies responding heard what sounded like a pistol being fired and saw three people near a large field nearby. The one man showed deputies he was shooting in the direction of a valley and a field, not in the direction of any homes. The caller said a parent picking up a child from her home was concerned, but she did not know if the shooting was toward the house. She had taken all the children inside.
