WASHINGTONVILLE - Doris Ann Warner, 73, of Washingtonville, died Monday at Essex of Salem.
Born Jan. 28, 1940, Somerset, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Roy and Theodora (Shasteen) Custer.
Survivors include three sons, Mark (Jennifer) Warner and Bobby (Barb) Warner of Salem and Michael Warner of Washingtonville; three daughters, Darla Compton of Houston, Texas, Janet Brown of Pennsylvania and Linda Warner of Arkansas; four brothers, Donald (Linda) Custer of Salem, Wendel Custer of Guilford, James (Joyce) Custer of New Garden, Paul (Connie) Custer of Salineville; two sisters, Betty Johnson of Salem and Dorothy Jane Lovitt of Salineville; and many grandchildren including Billy Warner whom she raised as a son.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Warner; and a son, Ricky Warner.
A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Hope Cemetery in Salem with the Rev. Mike Kimball officiating.
