-A Conkle Road, Salem, woman reported suspicious activity Thursday night, but deputies searched and found nothing out of the ordinary.

- A Scotts Mill Road, Rogers, man reported suspicious activity Thursday afternoon on state Route 154 between Negley and Rogers, but deputies found nothing.

- Deputies responded Thursday evening to state Route 170, East Palestine, where a man reported a dispute with his girlfriend whom he wanted to move out. He was advised he would have to go through the eviction process.

- Deputies were dispatched Thursday night to a vacant residence on Hatcher Road for a possible burglary, but they found everything secure.

- A man from Old Monroeville Heights, Salineville, reported Thursday his wife left him for another man. He called to talk to his wife and the other man asked to speak to him then began yelling at him and telling him he had better not see him. He wanted a report on file.

- A Neeld Road, East Palestine, woman reported Thursday a man she knows has been telling her to kill herself and that he is going to take her kids. He has also posted other comments on Facebook about her, she reported, saying her attorney wanted her to file a report.

- A Holmeswood Drive, Winona, woman reported Thursday she had posted a horse saddle for sale on and received a response from a man who agreed to pay $350. He sent a check for $1,950 by FedEx then text her to say he had written the wrong amount on the check and for her to cash it, send him $1,550 and keep an additional $50 above the price of the saddle for her trouble. She followed his instructions and then found his account did not have sufficient funds for the check he had written, according to deputies. The bank advised her the account is being investigated by the FBI. She was advised by deputies to contact her bank's fraud department.
