Marquaela L. Cousart, 23, is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 2 after entering the guilty plea this week in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Cousart admitted to selling heroin from the apartment of Wayne Martin, East Third Street, Salem. The sale was to an informant working with the county Drug Task Force.
