- Tracey Lynn Anderson, 36, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, and Edwin F. Anderson, 68, Main Street, Leetonia, were eastbound on state Route 14 in Fairfield Township at noon Tuesday and Tracey stopped in traffic and was struck by Edwin. Edwin was cited for assured clear distance and Tracey was taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

- Jesse N. Ieropoli, 22, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was westbound on Padgett Road in Unity Township at 5:35 p.m. Thursday and went off the right side into a ditch and utility pole. He was cited for failure to control.

- Raymond R. Clotz, 68, S. Lake Street, Amherst, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in Liverpool Township at 11:40 p.m. Sunday and hit a deer.

- Dodi V. Householder, 41, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was northbound on Lisbon Road in Salem at 9:20 a.m. Saturday and hit Charles G. Esenwein, 79, Leetonia, who was walking in the road. Esenwein was taken to Salem Hospital with possible injuries.

- David W. Detchon, 58, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was northbound on McCann Road in Butler Township at 5 a.m. May 24 and hit a power line that was across the road.

- Carmen M. Bratt, 56, Justison Road, East Palestine, was northbound on Latta Road in Unity Township at 8:22 p.m. May 19 and went off the right side into a rock and rolled over.

- Cody N. Deramo, 17, Columbiana Road, New Springfield, was eastbound on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 10:30 p.m. May 18 and ran a red light at South Mahoning Avenue and struck Curtis D. Steepleton, 17, South Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, who was turning left onto South Mahoning Avenue from U.S. 62. Deramo was cited for signal lights.
