- Jon C. Jones, 22, South Range Road, Beloit, was southbound on state Route 165 in Knox Township at 6:45 p.m. Saturday and Kacey A. Rohaley, 44, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was turning left from Westville Lake Road and was struck by Jones. Rohaley was cited for failure to yield.

- Fredrick J. Linder, 53, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, and Chelsea L. Wells, 19, Youngstown, were northbound on state Route 9 in Perry Township at 1:40 p.m. Saturday and Linder stopped to turn into a private drive and was struck by Wells. Wells was cited for assured clear distance.

- Ryan A. Kaufman, 18, Depot Road, Salem, and Wade A. Tufford, 37, Knox School Road, Homeworth, were northbound on state Route 9 in Hanoverton at 5:41 p.m. Friday and both began to pass a slower moving vehicle and made contact. Both were listed at fault but no citations were issued.

- Ronald N. Springer, 84, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 9 in Wayne Township at 11:20 a.m. Friday and went off the right side into a barbed wire fence and posts. He was cited for failure to control.
