Breakfast offered at North Benton church

NORTH BENTON - The public is invited to an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 7:30 to 11 a.m. today at the North Benton Presbyterian Church. Cost is $6.50 for adults and $3.50 for children ages 6 to 12.

Drive-thru ham dinner planned

COLUMBIANA - A drive-thru ham dinner will be available from 4 to 6 p.m. June 11 at the Columbiana First United Methodist Church, 210 S. Main St.

Food distributions set in Columbiana

COLUMBIANA - The Oasis Food Ministry will hold a food distribution from 4 to 6 p.m. June 13 and 27 at the First Christian Church, 39 Cherry St.

Greenford Lutheran changes summer times

GREENFORD - Greenford Lutheran Church's summer worship services time changes this Sunday to 9:30 a.m. The praise band "Creo" will perform as graduating high school and university students are recognized and honored.

Vacation Bible school set at Salem church

SALEM - Vacation Bible school will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. June 23-27 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church.

Emmanuel Lutheran, Holy Trinity Lutheran and St. Paul Catholic churches are all participating, but everyone is invited. Classes are open to children 3 years to sixth grade. Adult Bible study is also scheduled. A free dinner starts at 5:15 p.m. in Emmanuel's Education Building, 251 S. Broadway Ave. For more information call 330-332-5042.

Seasons of Hope to meet at St. Jude

COLUMBIANA - Seasons of Hope, a support group for the bereaved, will meet at 4 p.m. every other Sunday at St. Jude Church, 180 Seventh St. Sessions are planned June 16 and 30, and July 14. This ongoing support group meets for prayer, scripture, faith sharing and fellowship. For more information call Chris Evans at 330-402-5450 or the church office at 330-482-2351.

Calla Community Church summer schedule

CANFIELD - Calla Community Church at 6482 W. Calla Road, will begin its summer worship schedule at 9:45 a.m. Sunday.

Special outdoor services start at 9:45 a.m. June 9, July 14 and Aug. 11 in the Mercer Pavilion. Pastor James Houston will be assisted by Brother Ralph Wince.

Special service set at Radial Church

NORTH GEORGETOWN - The Radial Church will host a special worship service at 10 a.m. Sunday at First Brethren Church, 27333 Main St.

The Radial Church is a new congregation in Canton that is sponsored in part by First Brethren. Rather than having a central church building where they gather, they worship in each other's homes. A pizza lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the service. Reservations may be made by calling 330-525-0595.
