- Juvenile court requested at 11:02 a.m. Monday deputies check on a mother living at Columbiana-Waterford Road, New Waterford, after learning her 15-year-old son had been acting out after being in court earlier. The woman reported there were no more problems.

- Mark Johnson, Y Camp Road, Lisbon, reported at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday he has been having problems for the past several months with teens riding four wheelers on the roadway. On Wednesday the four wheelers went by several times and he motioned for them to keep going by waiving his arms. Shortly after that a man in a car stopped in front of his house and began arguing with him about the children riding on the roadway, claiming they have every legal right to do so.

- Salem Community Hospital reported at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday a woman was there, who they believed to have been assaulted. Deputies spoke to the woman, who refused to cooperate with any investigation of her injuries.

- Deputies checked a home on state Route 39, Wellsville, at 4:47 a.m. Wednesday after receiving a hang up 911 call from the home and then no answer to two phone calls made back to the house. The owner's vehicle was in the driveway, but no one would respond to the door. However, one of the doors opened on its own despite being locked. Checking room to room, deputies found a woman sleeping in the bedroom and explained to her why they were there. She thanked deputies for checking on her.

- John Masters, Center Road, Beloit, reported an intoxicated teen at 5:39 a.m. Tuesday. A 15-year-old relative had spent the night at his home and drank multiple wine coolers. Masters also reported a jar of change missing from beside the microwave. Deputies found the 15-year-old in the driveway, intoxicated and denying he drank. Masters claimed the boy has done similar things before with nothing being done and became angry at the suggestion a report would be filed with juvenile court. Deputies took the boy to his mother's home and woke her up. While there, the boy challenged his mother's boyfriend to a fight and declared he no longer wanted to live. He was taken to Alliance Community Hospital for evaluation.
