She reportedly tried to remove his dirt bike from the back of the truck he had loaded it into, started spitting on him and grabbed him around the neck. After choking him, she then allegedly pushed him into the trailer outside and struck his forehead, where he had ice applied while talking to deputies. The girlfriend, Tiffany Nixon, 29, told deputies the dirt bike belongs to her children. She admitted to grabbing him by the throat and choking him, but claimed it was because he kicked her in the chest causing a red mark and both were spitting on each other. Statements were also taken from witnesses and both Gribble and Nixon were charged with domestic violence.
