- Henry C. McClellan, 53, Gibsonia, Pa., and Bonaventura Magnore, 65, Weirton, W.Va., were eastbound on Old State Route 154 in Elkrun Township at 12:22 p.m. Friday and Magnore struck McClellan. Magnore was cited for assured clear distance.

- Julia C. Vitko, 41, Oak Street, Leetonia, was eastbound on Butcher Road in Salem Township at 10:35 a.m. Saturday and Brad A. Martin, 36, East Garfield Road, Petersburg, was westbound and went left of center and struck Vitko. Martin was cited for lanes of travel and child restraints.

- Joshua S. Jones, 21, Columbiana-Waterford Road, Columbiana, was westbound on Metz Road in Fairfield Township at 2:30 a.m. Thursday and went off the right side into a mailbox and a ditch. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.

- Jay G. Youtz, 61, Alliance, was eastbound on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 2:55 p.m. June 18 and another vehicle in the left lane merged to yield to an emergency vehicle and struck his vehicle causing it to go off the right side into a guard rail.

- Robert G. Woods, 36, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, was northbound on Westville Lake Road in Knox Township at 1:45 a.m. June 15 and swerved to miss a deer and lost control and went off the left side into a telephone pole. He was cited for failure to control.
