- A Forbes Road, Wellsville, woman reported at 2:19 a.m. Tuesday she heard someone kick her door and jerk on the door handle. She thought she recognized the voice, but did not see anyone. Nothing was damaged, but she had four bags of Miracle Grow stolen from her porch.

- At 11:27 p.m. Monday a domestic dispute was reported at a Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, home. Michael J. Martin, 26, Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, was charged with domestic violence after he reportedly was manhandling, choking and beating his girlfriend, Billie Jean Presley. Martin's sister reportedly tried to stop him and he pushed her to the ground at which point she and Keith Robinson told him they were calling police. Martin and Presley hid together in the woods, but were found by deputies, who took him into custody. An upset Presley, who was covered with scrapes and marks, told deputies she has been treated this way for about a year but did not want Martin to get into trouble.

- A Depot Road, Lisbon, woman reported at 12:57 a.m. Tuesday there were some unusual people walking around the building in the development. Deputies checked the area, but did not find anyone.

- A Steven Drive, Alliance, man reported at 12:34 a.m. Tuesday someone from another lot came over and was causing a disturbance. The man was accusing someone the caller knew of threatening to burn down his trailer.

- A Center Avenue, Lisbon, man reported at 6:50 p.m. Monday someone with a red pickup without a tailgate or license plate was driving around the neighborhood baja-ing.

- Amy Bailey, an employee of Rogers Food and Fuel, reported at 8:38 p.m. Sunday that earlier a dirty looking man came into the store and made a sexual comment to her.

- A Spillway Road, Lisbon, woman reported at 7:52 p.m. Monday her 16-year-old daughter went to talk to someone she is not supposed to have contact with due to a court order. She was told to contact the court.

- Randi Wick, U.S. Route 30, Hanoverton, and her mother reported at 4:04 p.m. Monday a neighbor saw a water truck nearly strike another neighbor then swerve off the road striking seven mailboxes. Deputies spoke to the woman who saw it happen and she said she had already reported the incident to the highway patrol.
