-Robert Brandt, Winona Road, Hanoverton, reported at 8:49 a.m. Sunday, someone has been taking the three foot by five foot flags the Winona Historical Society puts out. He has been replacing them, but seven were missing from Coffee School Road. The flags have a 10-foot pole attached and are pushed into the ground.

- A Macklin Road, New Waterford, man reported at 9:10 p.m. Saturday he received threatening messages from someone he knows. Deputies contacted the other man, who is married to the callers's ex-wife, and he claimed it is caller making remarks all the time.

- Deputies checked the area of the covered bridge on Teegarden at Eagleton after someone reported at 8:21 p.m. Saturday there was suspicious activity there. No one was found.

- A East South Range Road, New Springfield, man reported his 15-year-old son works for a vendor at Rogers Sale and last Friday a man approached his son and his friends offering to sell them television sets bought on clearance in Pittsburgh, Pa., The boys reportedly each put in $575 and got a receipt. Deputies are awaiting additional information to complete the investigation.

- A Beard Road, New Waterford, woman reported at 2:04 p.m. Sunday a suspicious person was passed out in a ditch at an intersection on state Route 14. Deputies found the person awake and walking along the road. Another person said she saw the woman lying in the ditch and threw some water on her to wake her up. New Waterford EMS checked the woman of Unity Road, New Springfield, who said she had been out picking up aluminum cans on state Route 14 and had not eaten all day. Her blood sugar was low. Deputies transported her to a friend's home on West Martin Street, East Palestine.

- An East Rochester man reported at 10:07 p.m. Sunday his 15-year-old daughter went to a church camp in Michigan with a group and had sex twice with a 19-year-old man. He was told to contact police in the jurisdiction where the rapes alleged occurred in Michigan.

- A Rinker Road, Minerva, woman reported at 4:33 p.m. Sunday someone scammed her by telling her she won a $50,000 Powerball in North Carolina. First she was asked to send them $970 and then they requested $16,000 in order for her to get her money.

- A Pinehollow Road, Lisbon, man reported at 5:25 p.m. Saturday someone may be shooting at small gun onto his property. He followed the vehicle himself and the occupants claimed they had thrown a firework into his field.

- Deputies were called to a fight at a home on state Route 644, Summitville, at 9:34 a.m. Saturday where Michael Pitts reportedly removed his grandmother from his home and pushed her off the porch. Randal Pitts, Michael Pitts' uncle, then reportedly came over to find out why his mother had come home sore and crying. A fight ensued leading to both men being charged with assault.
