LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Robert L. Harmony, 45, East Fourth Street, Salem, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a domestic violence charge for allegedly slapping his wife, Christiane Harmony, in the face on June 30, two weeks after their wedding. Harmony reportedly has a prior domestic violence conviction.

Joseph R. Urgitus, 28, Vine Street, East Palestine, was fined $955, had his license suspended for six months, required 25 hours community service and sentenced to six days in jail for OVI first offense, driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

Lance M. Morris, 27, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was fined $805, had his license suspended for six months, required 50 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

Pacheco Mauricio Lopez, 29, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $500 for no license.

Elliot D. Crank, 18, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $300 and required 30 hours community service for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and underage consumption for taking his grandfather's pickup without permission on June 12, crashing and then drinking a bottle of vodka after the accident.

Kristina M. Sluter, 21, North Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $250, sentenced to three days in jail and required 25 hours community service for falsification. Court documents state Sluter falsely accused her ex-boyfriend of grabbing her by the throat at his home on June 23, then recanted her story on June 24.

Jennifer A. Hepfner, 19, Cunningham Road, Salem, was fined $250 and credited with six days served for theft for driving two men to a Franklin Avenue, Salem, address twice on April 29 knowing they intended to steal tractor wheel weights from that location and then drove them Quaker City Auto Parts where they sold the weights as scrap.

Julie Barnett, 46, Township Road, Irondale, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Christopher W. Short, 25, Canton, was fined $185 and required 50 hours community service for speeding, failure to display a valid sticker and failure to reinstate a license amended from driving under suspension.

Mauro Ixcoy Hernandez, 18, West Fifth Street, salem, was fined $100 and credited with two days served for disorderly conduct after he was found passed out in a yard on the corner of North Ellsworth and East Fifth Street on Sunday.

Charles E. Melott, 37, state Route 164, Leetonia, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Eric M. Harsanye, 19, Western Reserve Road, Salem, and Toni A. Donnelly, 42, Winona Road, Salem, were each fined $100 for speeding.

Joshua A. Frank, 18, South 15th Street, Sebring, was fined $75 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.

Jaime D. Weling, 37, Pompano, Fla., was fined $55 for no license and a traffic control device.

Jason Logan Pitts, 31, Savannah, Tenn., was fined $50 for no headlights. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed.

Ryan K. Stanley, 27, Sharp Avenue, Salem, was fined with $35 for allowing a dog to run at large and keeping chickens within 150 feet of another home.

A criminal damaging charge against Brian M. Soliday, 28, Bayard Road, Minerva, was dismissed. Court documents alleged Soliday punched a windshield of a vehicle owned by Sherry Edwards cracking it on May 6.

A July 30 pretrial was set for Dana A. Campbell, 39, North Howard Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under suspension and a failure to yield the right of way to a public service vehicle.

An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Thomas G. Piatt, 18, East Third Street, Salem, cited with underage consumption.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Charitey A. Riggs, 19, North Lundy Avenue, Salem, cited with criminal trespassing after she was found inside an East Fourth Street apartment in Salem, while the owner of the apartment was in jail and unable to give her permission.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Malinda M. Green, 39, Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with domestic violence for allegedly biting her sister and striking her with a ceramic statue, her fists and her boots on Jimtown Road, East Palestine, on Oct. 8, 2004.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Adam T. Gottschling, 28, Morton Street, Lisbon, cited with commercial speeding.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Luke A. Pitzulo, 26, Poland, cited with commercial speeding.

An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Steven A. Douglas, 36, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
