-A U.S. Route 30, East Rochester, man reported at 12:27 p.m. Tuesday his credit card was used online by someone he did not know. Before he closed the account, fraudulent charges were reportedly made to Discount Tire, $608; Jegs 190 Auto Parts, $484; Kinugawa, $874; and Kick Start Motors, $840.

- A state Route 45, Lisbon, man reported at 2:57 p.m. Monday sometime between June 23 to June 29 someone took a log splitter from his home. When he saw it was missing he thought someone he knew may have borrowed it, then learned that was not the case.

- A U.S. Route 30, Lisbon, man reported at 4:46 p.m. Tuesday scrap was taken from his yard, including about $200 in aluminum rims and radiators. In the past few days, Milhoan reported other items were also taken, but he had not previously reported them. A Snap On electric impact gun was taken from his garage, which was valued at $650. A van sitting in his driveway held about $700 in old motor vehicle parts, which were also taken recently.

- Brad Hawk of Salineville Carryout reported at 6:54 a.m. Tuesday when he opened that morning he found someone pried the air conditioner duct from the back window opening and entered the building sometime overnight. The office was ransacked and the ceiling torn up, but nothing appeared to be missing.
