LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday ,Justin E. Carter, 30, McKee Street, East Liverpool, was fined $875, sentenced to eight additional days in jail with credit for two served, had his license suspended for 12 months and required 50 hours community service for OVI second offense. A driving under a 12-point suspension charge was dismissed.

Jeremy Sodergren, 18, East Street, East Palestine, was fined $300 and required 30 hours community service for underage consumption.

Harold E. Moore, 49, Westwood Avenue, Alliance, waived his right to an extradition hearing and remains in custody on a $100,000 bond until he can be transported to Pennsylvania where he faces a charge of theft by deception and forgery.

James C. Bollinger, 23, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $300, credited with eight days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for two counts of disorderly conduct. Court documents state Bollinger and his girlfriend were yelling at the neighbor on June 16 after they had been told to cease. He then reported was disorderly again on July 5.

Otabek D. Abduvaliev, 18, Youngstown, was fined $275 and required 40 hours community service for speeding and driving under FRA suspension amended from driving under suspension.

Daniel Desellem, 26, South Green Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with three days served in jail and required 25 hours community service for assault for pulling Melissa Gentry his girlfriend's hair, punching her in the head and hitting her in the face on May 25.

Spencer D. Hulett, 26, Georgetown, Ky., was fined $150 for no brake lights amended from speeding. A no license citation was dismissed.

Eric P. Lease, 24, Slater Road, Salem, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

James L. Sees, 47, Granville, W.Va., was fined $90 for unsafe vehicle amended from a stop sign violation.

A July 15 preliminary hearing was set for Allen D. Culberson, 60, Cusick Road, Lisbon, cited with a felony OVI.

A July 18 pretrial was set for Roy Macuich, 28, Haiti Road, Salineville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening to shoot Stephanie Brown at a Hanoverton Street home.

A July 18 pretrial was set for Ashley M. Vanderhoff, 24, Cherry Street, Salem, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly going into the Salem WalMart on July 1, where she was previously given a no trespassing notice.

A July 18 pretrial was set for Thomas R. Coffman, 32, Metz Road, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest. According to court documents, Coffman punched his 13-year-old son in the face on July 9, then ran from deputies taking him into custody.

A July 18 pretrial was set for John P. Dunlap, 29, Ninth Street, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly punching Kaylynn Keener in the face several times on June 21.

An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for William T. Poling, 30, Georgetown Road, Salem, charged with OVI first offense.

An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Richard J. Dean Sr., 50, Carter Road, New Waterford, charged with driving under suspension.

An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Craig M. Randolph, 28, County Home Road, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving his wife, Tiffany, pulling her hair and punching her in the shoulder on June 29.

A Sept. 19 pretrial was set for Susan E. Andric, 45, Port St. Lucie, Fla., cited with permitting an unlicensed teen to operate a vehicle for allegedly allowing her 13-year-old son to drive in Salem when she admitted to having consumed some alcohol earlier in the day.
