- Deputies went to a state Route 45, Salem home at 2 a.m. Friday for a report of domestic violence. A resident reported his girlfriend came home drunk and began to tear the apartment apart and at one point took a large kitchen knife and threatened him with it, at which point he left and called police. The man told deputies he believed he heard her pants rip as he left and was concerned she may have cut herself. Deputies checked the home but did not find her there. He did not wish to file charges.

- Someone reported at 11:49 p.m. Thursday a horse and donkey were loose on Fairmont Road in Lisbon. A deputy found two animals wandering in the grass and frequently crossing the road. The owners were contacted and took possession of the animals.

- An Old Irondale Road, Wellsville, woman reported at 1:23 p.m. Thursday an unauthorized purchase was made on her debit card.

-A Torma Road, Lisbon, woman reported at 12:20 p.m. July 9 her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend sent her boyfriend a threatening text message directed at her after an incident in East Liverpool that the East Liverpool police are already investigating.

- A state Route 170, East Palestine, man reported at noon Thursday he was awakened by noises coming from his garage and found his landlord's son inside again without permission.

- Deputies conducted a welfare check on a man and woman at a Parkview Drive home in Lisbon at 9:45 p.m. Thursday. Shortly after, deputies were called back for a verbal neighbor dispute.

- A Steubenville-Pike, Lisbon, woman reported at 8:55 p.m. Thursday someone drove up to her porch and appeared to have messed with her door in an attempt to gain entry into the home.

- A Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, woman reported at 6:16 p.m. Thursday her 16-year-old ran away again after she had filed unruly charges against him earlier that day and she believed he was headed toward Rogers. Deputies checked the area but did not find him.
