LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Lewis D. Almy, 24, Steubenville-Pike, Lisbon, was fined $450, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for failure to comply, failure to reinstate license and traffic control devices. Second count of failure to comply dismissed.

Maurice Brooks, 26, Youngstown, was fined $500, placed on two years' basic probation, had his driver's license suspended 180 days for obstructing official business and drug paraphernalia.

David E. Gromley, 30, Railroad Street, Kensington, burglary case bound over to common pleas court, cash/surety bond continued at $50,000.

David W. Reed, 74, Center Road, Homeworth, felonious assault case bound over to common pleas court, own recognizance bond set at $100,000.

John S. Hester, 54, Columbiana County Jail, burglary, grand larceny and worthless check cases extradited to West Virginia.

Cordaro William Hancox, 26, Alliance, was fined $500, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 50 hours community service for hit/skip private property, driving under FRA suspension and failure to control.

Tiffany J. Nixon, 29, Middle Street, Homeworth, was fined $150, given credit for two days service, placed on two years' probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Michael R. Brown, 21, Carole Drive, Salem, was fined $300, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for obstructing official business and criminal damaging.

Brian R. Gribble, 29, Middle Street, Homeworth, was fined $150, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Loni Quinn, 23, Beloit, was fined placed on two year's probation for theft.

Eric McFarland, 34, Grant Street, Lisbon, was fined $250, placed on two years' basic probation and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for possession of drugs.

Gary M. Colian Jr., 28, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $200 for two counts failure to file tax returns.

Brandy M. Bratt, 23, state Route 7, Lisbon, was fined $150, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Michael J. Cancelli, 51, Lakewood, Portage County, was fined $500 for driving under child support suspension.

Randy A. Wylie, 27, Boardman, was fined $500 for driving under suspension.

Edward Hall, 62, Youngstown, was fined $100 for multiple valid licenses.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for David E. Gromley, 30, Railroad Street, Kensington, charged with assault.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Michael J. Goughenour, 31, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with criminal trespass.

A Sept. 19 pretrial was set for Floyd D. Sowers, 76, Poland, charged with failure to reinstate license.

An Aug. 1 pretrial was set for Dane C. Boykin, 34, Ravenna, charged with theft.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Thomas A. Reynolds II, 27, Ravenna, charged with theft.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Ray N. Souder, 78, Springfield Road, Columbiana, charged with stop sign.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Robert A. Rispen, 22, Slater Road, Salem, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and left of center.
