Salem News

- A Salineville woman passed away Tuesday morning while driving westbound on state Route 39 in Washington Township. According to the patrol report, Charla J. Mouse, 69, Oak Grove Road, died as result of an underlying medical condition and not as a result of the accident. Her vehicle went off the right side into a guy wire. Richard Tolson, 44, who witnessed the accident, broke out one of the vehicle's windows to reach her, but she was already unresponsive, according to the report.
