- An argument was reported at a Minerva home at 3:39 a.m. Friday. Deputies found a woman intoxicated, yelling at her boyfriend and waking up the children. Deputies told her to go to bed and if they had to come back she could face criminal charges.

- A Winona Road, Salem, woman reported at 12:02 p.m. Thursday her 16-year-old son is receiving threatening text messages from another 16-year-old boy, because the two boys are interested in the same girl. Lt. Alan Young saw the text messages contained threats from both boys and noted if one boy was charged, both would be charged.

- A Roseland Drive, Lisbon, woman reported people arguing in the field at 8:10 p.m. Thursday. Freddie L. Levenhagen, 45, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was charged with disorderly conduct after deputies were called back a third time and after deputies had warned the people there, including Levenhagen to stop yelling at each other prompting other residents to call the sheriff's department.

- A Votaw Drive, Lisbon, man reported at 5:24 p.m. Thursday his friend had used heroin and then collapsed in the kitchen. KLG transported the friend to Salem Community Hospital. He regained consciousness enroute.

- A James Street, East Palestine, woman reported at 4:33 p.m. Thursday her 13-year-old son had called her at about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday claiming his father was on a rampage, threw food at him and he was hiding in the woods. He begged her to pick him up and she found he had no shoes and bites all over him. She called her son's father to tell him she had picked him up and he reportedly stated he did not care and was done with him.

- A Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, man reported at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday she was concerned because her neighbor was shooting guns. A deputy explained as long as the neighbor was following safe handling rules and had a proper backdrop, there was nothing to be done. Kennedy was unhappy with the explanation. The neighbor told deputies he was only shooting into the ground.

- Two neighboring residents on Davner Road, Lisbon, reported in the afternoon of July 15, someone destroyed their mailboxes overnight.
