- A Woodsdale Road, Salem, woman reported at 2:19 p.m. Thursday she believed her neighbor was following her.

- A state Route 9, Kensington, resident reported at 11 a.m. Friday his wife took their vehicle.

- Don Wilson, Hanoverton Township trustee, reported at 2:50 p.m. Friday a truck and trailer was dumping behind the township garage.

- An Endley Road, Lisbon, resident reported at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday the people at his rental house had a protection order out against him but someone at the property was taking things out of the garage.

- A deputy went to a Mattix Road, Lisbon, home at 2:48 p.m. Wednesday on a report of an unruly juvenile. The woman said her 15-year-old daughter had left the home earlier and was upset because she did not want to clean her room. The girl was at the home when the deputy arrived.

- Mary Scarberry, state Route 14, East Palestine, reported at noon Friday someone spray painted KKK in red on her storage container sometime during the night.

- Paul Welsh, Black Road, Lisbon, reported at 12:45 p.m. Friday a neighbor came to his home and was causing a problem. Welsh said the man was upset with him because people were turning around in his driveway to get to the yard sale Welsh was having. Welsh also reported the man attempted to entice him to fight. A deputy spoke with the neighbor, who said he never attempted to entice a fight but was upset people were turning around in his driveway. The deputy advised him that Welsh had no control over whether people were turning around in the driveway.
