LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Michael P. Schneller Jr., 29, state Route 558, Leetonia, was fined $150, required 40 hours community service, credited with eight days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 52 days for assault. According to court documents, Schneller on May 24 struck Brittanie Hartment in the side of her face at a home on Steubenville Pike.

David J. Barnhart, 35, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 and credited with three days served for criminal trespassing for returning to the back yard of Amy Clow, South Main Street, Columbiana, when she was not home and he had been informed of her wishes for him not to be there.

Steven N. Knoedler, 23, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 and required 20 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license.

Kaine Michael Mroczkowski, 18, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $350 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Nicholas P. Sanlo, 32, Sharp Avenue, Salem, was fined $350 for hit skip and failure to control.

Alexander Jim Douglas Kozma, 21, New Buffalo Road, Columbiana, was fined $200 for driving without a valid license and reckless operation.

Robert L. Walters, 37, U.S. Route 62, Salem, was fined $100 and sentenced to five days in jail with credit for three already served for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. He punched Julia Ingledue, the mother of his child, in the head, arms and hand, then struck the front of the vehicle she was driving.

An Aug. 13 court trial was set for Matthew P. Hardenbrook, 19, state Route 517, Columbiana, cited with reckless operation.

A Sept. 3 pretrial was set for Wayne E. Smith Jr., 48, Monroe Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and failure to control.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Patrick D. Holler, 25, Etruria Street, East Liverpool, cited with OVI first offense.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Eric B. Davidson, 32, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly fighting with Joey Penick on Saturday.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Joshua R. Dickey, 20, New Garden Avenue, Salem, cited with hit skip and assured clear distance.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Michelle A. Soy, 35, South Park Circle, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Joseph K. Hamilton, 23, East Fourth Street, Salem, cited with no helmet while riding a motorcycle with a permit after dark.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Courtney A. Nagy, 29, East Florida Avenue, Sebring, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Dale C. Milnes, 50, state Route 7, New Waterford, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for David A. Pastore, 30, Union Street, Washingtonville, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly refusing to cooperate with police and stay away from the Salem police cruiser his brother was seated in.
