LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Hernan Mendoza, 18, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $100 for expired license less than six months and no driver's license.

Phillip A. Brandle, 52, East Perry Street, Salem, was fined $100 and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Franklin Fitzgerald, 50, Canton, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.

Jeannie M. Greschaw, 32, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $30 for use of unauthorized plate.

Joshua J. McFarland, 21, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $30, given credit for one day served, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Jared R. McKay, 28, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was fined $130, placed on two years intensive probation, and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Justin K. Smotherman, 27, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was fined $100, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Donna J. May, 27, Hoffee Road, Lisbon, was fined $30 placed on two years basic probation for driving under suspension and speeding.

Chad A. Love, 26, Youngstown, was sentenced 60 days jail and placed on two years basic probation for theft.

Ryan W. Virden, 24, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.

Joseph R. Bradford, 35, Stocking Street, Washingtonville, was fined $150, given credit for four days served, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for unauthorized use of property.

Sarah Richardson, 27, U.S. 30, East Rochester, was fined $250, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 25 hours community service for endangering children.

Ray N. Souder, 78, Springfield Road, Columbiana, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Brittany Trimble, 22, Lisbon Street, Hanoverton, was fined $50 for open container.

Richard L. Salaz, 50, Woodland Avenue, Louisville, was fined $825, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years intensive probation, ordered to perform 30 hours community service and had his driver's license suspended six months for OVI first offense and driving under child support suspension.

Justin S. Downs, 31, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 for open container.

Sarah Lynn Simonds, 24, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $250, sentenced to one day jail, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 25 hours community service for complicity to theft.

Alan J. Christian, 47, Fairport Harbor, Ohio was fined $100, sentenced to one day jail and placed on two years monitored probation for persistent disorderly conduct.

An Oct. 3 restitution hearing was set for Christine M. Langas, 53, West Wilson Street, Salem, charged with theft.

A Sept. 12 pretrial was set for Rebecca J. Wince, 28, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.

A Sept. 16 pretrial was set for Katherine A. Brasseur, 46, Boardman, charged with speeding.

A Sept. 16 pretrial was set for Ryan L. Altomare, 20, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, charged with peeling tires.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Joey M. Penick, 22, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Shawn D. Ramsey Sr., 35, Struthers, charged with aggravated menacing.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Marie A. Heninger, 44, Wayne Bridge Road, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and open container.

A Sept. 12 pretrial was set for Mathew C. Ward, 25, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with theft.

A Sept. 12 pretrial was set for Andy L. Spooner, 37, state Route 517, New Waterford, charged with criminal damaging.

An Aug. 19 preliminary hearing was set for Thomas D. Pitts, 30, Foundry Hill Road, Salineville, charged with receiving stolen property.

A Sept. 3 pretrial was set for Joseph A. Martin, 28, Waynesburg, Ohio, charged with theft.

An Oct. 3 pretrial was set for Adeana M. Hensley, 31, state Route 30, Minerva, charged with domestic violence.
