Moore also broke into the Catholic Charities offices in East Liverpool in 2011 and stole money and a video game system

Barry M. Weyand, 40, state Route 164, Lisbon, is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 21 after pleading guilty to charges of trafficking in marijuana and possessing Hyrdocondone. The crimes occurred in May 2012.

Jonathan P. Cunning, 22, of Youngstown, was sentenced to 45 days in the county jail for violating his probation on burglary and safe cracking charges.

Dirk S. Weston, 50, state Route 164, Lisbon, was sentenced by Judge Washam to three years probation for assaulting a Salineville police officer on Dec. 12. According to court records, Weston tried to choke an officer with handcuffs while he was being arrested on a traffic offense.
