LISBON - In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Earl Greathouse Jr., 42, last known address Glasgow Road, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to four counts of trafficking in drugs. He faces up to 10 and a half years in prison and a $35,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 28.

Court documents show in July and August 2004, Greathouse sold a fentanyl patch, marijuana and oxycodone twice. Each of the sales happened within 1,000 feet of McKinley Elementary in Lisbon.

A bench warrant was issued in June of 2007 when Greathouse failed to appear at a status conference hearing. He was located and served with the warrant this past June.

- Glenn D. Bates Jr., 28, Bradshaw Avenue, East Liverpool, was sentenced to five years intensive probation after pleading guilty to trafficking in drugs for cocaine he had in his possession in November 2012.
