- Barbara A. Graham, 50, was charged with aggravated menacing after deputies were called to the Butler Mobile Home Park on U.S. in reference to an intoxicated woman threatening other residents.

- Deputies went to Bojangles on state Route 14 in New Waterford at 10 p.m. Friday for a report of loud music. The owner said he has never had any problems before with bands playing too load, but agreed to have then tone it down.

- A man was reported lying in Yellow Creek Cemetery with his dog at 5 p.m. Friday. A deputy found Shannon Hooper who said he and his dog walk everywhere together and he was tired. The deputy asked Hooper where he lived . Hooper could not give an actual address but could show him, so the deputy gave him a ride to a home on Fife Coal Road where another man identified him and said he has been living with him the last few months.

- Melvin Price, state route 46, New Waterford, reported at 4:53 p.m. Friday he just got divorced from his wife and she was to give him a car. Price said when the car was delivered by a tow truck he believed it may have been damaged and when he attempted to speak with the driver the man refused to give his name and left. The deputy asked Price what damage was done. He did not know but thinks it was damaged.d

- A deputy checked on a Chevy S-10 pickup truck parked at the canoe launch in Wayne Township at 2:50 p.m. Friday after someone believed it had been stolen. The deputy ran the license plates and found it had not been reported stolen.

- Matt Juillerat, Miller Road, Leetonia, reported at 9:47 a.m. Saturday he received a three-day eviction notice from his landlord, Kenny Parks. Juillerat said he attempted to pay his rent several times but Parks would not answer the door and Parks had also shut his water off. A deputy spoke with Parks who said that Juillerat had not paid his rent so he started the eviction process, and that Juillerat never attempted to get in contact with him. Parks said he never shut the water off and that Juillerat's home should have water as the trailers all share the same well and the others had water. Parks later went to Juillerat's home and found a water line had broken. Parks said he would have the water line fixed and that when he asked Juillerat for rent, he said he didn't have it.

- Lori Hoon, Highland Avenue, Rogers, reported at 11 a.m. Saturday a man working for the village of Rogers cut down her wisteria tree on her property.

- Sam Sowards, Desellem Road, Lisbon, reported at 10:32 a.m. Saturday people have been riding four-wheelers on his property and damaged the corn and soy beans fields.

- Karen Tilley, state Route 39, Wellsville, reported at 2 p.m. Saturday her purse was lost somewhere between Calcutta and her home.

- A Beloit woman reported at 10:24 p.m. Friday someone was trespassing in Highland Memorial Cemetery. No one was found.

- Kathleen Shasteen, state Route 518, Lisbon, reported at 3:47 p.m. Saturday someone took a round bale feeder, water trough and metal fence from her previous home on state Route 518.
