LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, an Aug. 29 preliminary hearing was set for Bryan C. Paugh, 35, Heritage Drive, Beloit. Bond was set at $250,000 cash or surety. Paugh is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old relative in the basement of his home.

Walter W. Wright, 31, Campbell, was fined $225 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Jennifer L. Allison, 38, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $200 for no license and a stop sign violation.

Thomas Ranking, 53, St. Jacobs Church Road, Leetonia, was fined $130 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

Justin W. Carbasho, 22, Newton Falls, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service.

An arraignment was set for Thursday for Todd R. Lewis, 26, last known address Kendall House, Lisbon, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly going to the home of Tag Lewis on Hunters Camp Road on Aug. 10, where he had been previously warned not to return.

A Sept. 3 pretrial was set for Joshua D. Crooms, 23, Water Street, Salineville, charged with falsification for allegedly providing police with a false statement on Aug. 23, when they were investigating the theft of an antique dresser, cedar chest and a handmade wooden chair.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Daniel R. Holibaugh, 65, Edgewood Drive, Alliance, cited with speeding.

A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Scott D. Bender Jr., 27, South Broadway, Salem, charged with open burning for allegedly setting fire to plastic cups, aerosol cans, foil cigarette packs, a spoon and other miscellaneous items behind his home on Aug. 19. Bender was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business after he initially denied shooting the shotgun he was found with on July 18, but eventually admitted to it.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Stacy A. Reeves, 45, Akron, charged with driving under suspension, failure to display a valid sticker and use of an unauthorized plate.

A Sept. 15 pretrial was set for Barbara Graham, 50, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing where allegedly she threatened to kill a neighbor while intoxicated.

Gregory R. Coleman, 52, last known address Jackson, Mich., was fined $150 for commercial speed.

Trey Eugene Hargrove, 19, West Park Ave, Columbiana, was released after serving time for a 30 day sentence for persisted disorderly conduct, amended from the original charge of domestic violence.

An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Steven M. O'Neil, 38, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, charged with commercial speed.

Travis J. Brown, 25, W. Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $30 for no motorcycle endorsement.

An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for Mike Gargano, 42, Harrison Street, Lisbon, charged with assault.

Richie Burton, 47, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was sentenced to four days in jail, two years probation, fined $150, and must undergo treatment for substance abuse for domestic violence charges.

A Sept. 3 pretrial was set for Abby Pierson, 19, Academy Street, Salineville, charged with assault and falsification, where allegedly she had attacked a pregnant woman.

Josiah S. Chitwood, 32, Harrison Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced to 29 days in jail and two years probation, and must take classes for anger management for persistent disorderly conduct. A charge of driving under suspended license/child support was dismissed.

Troy Hightland, 28, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $1,000 and was sentenced to 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Venechia Naidoo, 28, Emsworth, Pa., was fined $30 for driving without a valid license.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Eric D. Schmidt, 35, Canfield, charged with speed.
