LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Shane W. Javens, 23, Ansley Way, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years' intensive probation, had his driver's license suspended six months and was ordered to perform 30 hours community service for disregard for public safety and OVI first offense.

Cameron Miller, 22, Rollercoaster Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days jail with credit for one day served for assault.

Many Spahr, 35, Lowellville, was fined $875, placed on two years' intensive probation, placed on two years probation, had her driver's license suspended six months and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for obstructing official business, OVI and failure to control.

Danielle N. Stanley, 24, Newgarden Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced 43 days jail, placed on two years' intensive probation, had her driver's license suspended six months and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for possession of drug abuse instrument.

Brandon M. Huff, 18, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $150, sentenced 60 days jail with credit for five days served, placed on two years' intensive probation, ordered to perform 25 hours community service and attend outpatient treatment for underage consumption and breaking and entering.

Karl M. Becknell II, 22, Carrollton, was fined $755, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years' intensive probation, ordered to perform 30 hours community service and had his driver's license suspended six months for OVI first offense, speeding and seat belt.

Jason Pugh, 30, Maine Boulevard, East Liverpool, driving under suspension case dismissed.

Brian ED Talbot, 10th Street, Wellsville, failed to appear for bad check.

Michael C. Robb, 32, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $200, given credit for one day served, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for obstructing official business.

Glenn Grubb Jr., 50, Washington Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 and given credit for two days served for disorderly conduct.

Pamela S. Risbeck, 37, West 16th Street, Salem, probation violation case dismissed.

Tracy Parker, now known as Tracy L. Daniels, 32, Clark Avenue, Wellsville assault charge dismissed.

Jacob D. Keenan, 21, Quay Road, Negley, was fined $150, given credit for seven days served, placed on two years' basic probation and ordered to attend outpatient classes for disorderly conduct.

Jonathen M. Penrod, 28, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $130 for driving without a valid license and speeding. An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for OVI and marked lanes charges.

Joshua D. Clarkson, 37, Johnson Place, Wellsville, was fined $130 for driving without a valid license and seat belt.

Chadwick Mercer, 19, Winona Road, Salem, was fined $250, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for underage consumption.

Billy Brown, 52, Endley Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for public urinating.

Lars Kreps, 20, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 and had his driver's license suspended six months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

William C. Sawhill, 43, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Gilbert Gonzalez, 32, Dover, Stark County, was fined $100 for no driver's license.

Justin L. Baker, 26, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was fined $150, given credit for three days served, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for aggravated menacing.

Richard E. Parrish, 41, Maple Street Extension, Lisbon, was fined $150, given credit for six days served, placed on two years' basic probation and ordered to attend outpatient treatment for public indecency.

Charles P. Park, 46, Salem-Warren Road, Salem, was fined $100 for reckless operation.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Herbert B. Heck, 52, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and seat belt.

A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for Thomas C. Comer, 27, Canton, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.

An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for John P. Dunlap Jr., 29, Ninth Street, Wellsville, charged with assault.

A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for Joshua D. Rutter, 19, Y&O Road, Wellsville, charged with possession of instruments to ingest or inhale a controlled substance, OVI first offense and speeding.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Abby J. Atwood, 25, Elson Street, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension and assured clear distance.

A Sept. 12 preliminary hearing was set for Dirk S. Weston, 50, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with burglary.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Robert L. Davis, 40, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, charged with violating a temporary protection order.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Anthony D. Myhand, 38, Warren, charged with driving under suspension.

A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Kimberly C. Seiter, 32, Garfield Avenue, East Palestine, charged with driving under child support suspension and failure to display valid sticker.

A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Clifford Raynovich, 34, Youngstown, charged with failure to reinstate license.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Brandon A. Smith, 22, Georgetown Road, Salem, charged with assault.
