- Misti Mays, Wellsville, reported at 2:12 p.m. Monday, someone left a strange note under the windshield wiper of her vehicle, which was parked at the County Seat Plaza for 10 minutes. The note read "Obituaries, Fire, murder, loss, Death, Monster snag, Wellsville," and was made up of words cut from the newspaper. She has been in touch with an attorney about issues she has been having with a person on Steubenville Pike.

-Harold Hill, Y & O Road, Wellsville, reported at 9:14 a.m. Sunday someone broke into his garage, damaging his motorcycle by knocking it over while pouring battery acid and blue line chalk on it. Four tires on one vehicle and three tires on another vehicle were both sliced while they were parked in the driveway.

- Ryan Powell, South Lane Drive, Hanoverton, reported at 1:35 p.m. Sunday his ex-girlfriend threatened to throw a rock through the window of his vehicle.

- Ricky Reynolds, Limaville, reported at 2:24 p.m. Sunday he went to a Bayard Road home in West Township to collect money and was threatened with a gun by a man at the residence. The man reportedly made an excuse about not having the money, then went into the house and returned with a gun pointed at Reynolds. As Reynolds was backing away, the man reportedly fired two shots into the ground. The matter is under investigation.

- The Rogers Group Home reported at 6:50 p.m. Monday a 15-year-old boy staying at the facility assaulted another boy and an employee. The boy was also reportedly throwing items and damaging property. He was taken into custody for the alleged assault and transported to the Tobin Center.

- Breann Heath, Memorial Road, Kensington, reported at 6:07 p.m. Monday she was parked at Lisbon Dairy Queen when another vehicle backed into her vehicle, pulled forward into the parking space and then backed into her vehicle a second time. The other driver was reportedly Andrew R. Timko, Youngstown.

- A deputy driving east on state Route 39 saw a vehicle pass three other vehicles westbound just east of Jakubowski Road. The driver, Joseph Cechura, no address listed, was reportedly driving 107 in a 55 mph zone. He also admitted to having a loaded handgun on him and claimed to have a concealed carry permit, although he could not produce it. He was cited with speeding and reckless operation. The gun was confiscated.

- Southern Local High School reported at 4:45 p.m. Monday there was an irate parent there refusing to leave the school premises. The mother was reportedly screaming at the volleyball coach regarding how her daughter was being coached. She had left before deputies arrived and no physical altercation was reported.

- Someone reported a group of children smoking marijuana in Kiwanis Park in Salineville at 4:48 p.m. Monday. Deputies responded but did not locate anyone.

- Joyce Stanley, Enon Valley, Pa., reported at 11:54 a.m. Monday her wallet was either lost or stolen when she was at the Lisbon Sparkle. When she got home, Stanley received a call from the post office telling her someone found her wallet in a mail drop box.

- A Birch Road, East Liverpool, woman reported at 11:42 p.m. Monday her niece had been texting her and was hiding in the house from her mother. The woman asked deputies to check on her niece. The girl met police in the driveway, acting nervous. Both she and the mother told deputies everything was fine and there were no problems.
