LISBON - A Youngstown man found with 9.3 grams of cocaine in individually wrapped plastic baggies of cocaine in his vehicle pleaded guilty to possession of drugs in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Friday.

Randy L. Spencer, 36, faces up to 18 months in prison and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Nov. 25.

Agreeing to plea agreement, Spencer pleaded to a possession charge. As part of the agreement, the trafficking in drugs charge will be dismissed.

Assistant County Prosecutor Ryan Weikart said the drugs were found in a coat inside the vehicle Spencer was driving in February 2012.
