2 Wellsville residents face charges

LISBON - Two Wellsville area residents were served secret indictments this week, which were issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in September.

Stacie L. Saracco, 23, 18th Street, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment for a burglary charge, a third-degree felony. According to court documents, Saracco trespassed into the home of Richard Zacharias, Crews Road, Wellsville, on July 22.

William S. Athey Jr., 33, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment for possession of drugs with a specification. According to court documents he had marijuana exceeding 200 grams, but less than a kilogram in his possession on Aug. 23, 2012. He also had $700 in his possession. The charge is a fifth-degree felony.
