LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Roger C. Mullet, 35, West Friend Street, Columbiana, was fined $530, had his license suspended for 180 days and required 40 hours community service for marijuana paraphernalia, unauthorized plate, driving under suspension and a seat belt violation. An improper registration citation was dismissed.

Brice J. Cushman, 20, Pearce Circle, Salem, was fined $500, had his license suspended for 153 days and was sentenced to a three-days counseling program for underage consumption, failure to control and OVI underage first offense amended from OVI first offense. A criminal damaging citation involving allegedly striking an ex-girlfriend's vehicle several times was dismissed.

Shawn M. Cunningham, 25, 14th Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to 24 additional days in the county jail, credited with 36 days already served and fined $450 for theft and resisting arrest. Cunningham reportedly went into a vehicle on Fourth Street in Wellsville on Sept. 11 and took $21. Previously he went into a vehicle near the Crystal Lounge in Wellsville, taking a radio or GPS out of a car in the parking lot and running from police on Aug. 19. He was eventually located and tased.

Travis L. Haupt, 24, Walnut Street, Rogers, was fined $150, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for domestic violence for beating his father on June 1.

Lindsay M. Stine, 24, Youngstown, was credited with three days served in jail, fined $150 and ordered to pay $150 in restitution for receiving stolen property for an Acer Laptop and Wii accessories found in her vehicle on Oct. 23, 2012.

Joshua D. Crooms, 23, Water Street, Salineville, was fined $150 and credited with nine days in jail served for falsification for filing a false police statement about stolen furniture.

Mickey W. Adams Jr., 40, Warren Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving in violation of a driving restriction. A lane violation citation was dismissed.

George Tyler Dilling, 18, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $150 for speeding.

Carolyn M. Smith, 48, DeSellem Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with a day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for aggravated menacing for threatening to stab Sherri Richmond with a knife on Aug. 11.

Adeana M. Hensley, 32, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was fined $100 and sentenced to 13 additional days in jail, while credited for two days, for domestic violence. According to court documents, while intoxicated Hensley broke a fish tank belonging to her live-in boyfriend by throwing a chair at it and leaving his fish to fall on the ground struggling for their lives while she pushed her boyfriend and threatened him with bodily harm on Aug. 10.

Charles R. Cooper, 52, Lowellville, was fined $100 for speeding.

A domestic violence charge against Michael P. Souers Jr., 26, East Pershing Street, Salem, was dismissed. He had been accused of punching his younger brother in the eye on May 4.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Richard J. Johnson, 26, East Ninth Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control, no helmet and temporary permit violation.

An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for Ronnie W. White, 25, St. George Street, East Liverpool, charged with OVI first offense, failure to reinstate a license and failure to control.

A Jan. 6 pretrial was set for Jerry L. Malone II, 33, Statesville, N.C., cited with driving under suspension.
