Secret indictments served on 3 men

LISBON - Three secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in September were served this week.

David A. Tedder, 49, last known address Rose Avenue, Salem, is charged with burglary, a second-degree felony. According to court documents, Tedder is accused of trespassing into the Dental Health Group, East State Street, Salem, with the purpose of committing a criminal offense on June 2, 2013.

Rameon J. Sumlin, 23, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with two counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having cocaine in his possession on both Aug. 24, 2012 and Nov. 26, 2012.

Raymond D. Sykes, 24, Youngstown, is charged with trafficking in drugs for cocaine allegedly in his possession in the vicinity of a school on June 8, 2010.
