LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Amy M. Phelps, 32, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was fined $905, sentenced to 10 days in jail, had her license suspended for 12 months and required 40 hours of community service for OVI second offense and a seat belt violation. Charges of driving under FRA suspension and lane violations were dismissed.

Matthew E. Berger, 36, King Road, Salem, was fined $700, had his license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for left of center and physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated amended from OVI first offense. A headlights violation was dismissed.
