LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Michael M. Nagel Jr., 28, Brenda Lane, Columbiana, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on charges of theft and vandalism. According to court documents, Nagel allegedly cutting and taking copper distribution wire from the electrical substation behind his home on both Oct. 7, 8 and 10th, as well as on an earlier occasion.
Timothy M. Wamsley Jr., 31, state Route 154, Lisbon, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a burglary charge. According to court documents, Wamsley is accused of entering the home of Lisa Benteld and taking two family photos on Oct. 8. Bond was reduced to $5,000 personal recognizance and he was ordered to stay off Shady Lane.
Ian T. Zimomra, 33, Boardman, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation. He also signed a waiver agreeing to return to Mayfield Heights where there is a warrant for his arrest.
Dylan M. Spiker, Euclid Street, Salem, was fined $50 plus costs for contempt of court after he failed to appear when subpoenaed to court in a case involving James Ingledue on Sept. 30.
An Oct. 24 pretrial was set for Andrew B. Steed, 41, Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, charged with domestic violence for allegedly smacking Kolton Steed in the face with his hand on Thursday.
A Nov. 25 pretrial was set for Joshua S. Paukner, 22, Elkton Road, Lisbon, cited with use of an unauthorized plate.
A Dec. 2 pretrial was set for Barry A. Cooper, 57, West Taggart Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense and failure to display a valid sticker.
A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Samantha M. Alicea, 28, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with driving under FRA suspension, tail lights and no helmet.
